I was very impressed with your liberal return policy and clear terms! Some websites I have used in the past have unclear terms, hard to find policy and sometimes don't really make it easy. I like your honesty and fairness and I will be back!

Returning is easy! The return form is below.
- You may return merchandise within 30 days of the day you receive it if not completely satisfied, for a full refund (excluding shipping). Generally there are no restocking fees except as detailed below.
- Do not refuse a package you intend to return. Refused packages incurr additional fees by the freight company. If you refuse a package, a $12.00 fee in addition to a 25% restocking fee will apply to your refund.
- Returns MUST be back in our store within 30 days to avoid a restocking fee of 25%.
- Merchandise must be in the manufacturer's packaging, including all inserts, tags, ties and UPC codes to avoid a 25% repackaging fee.
- Merchandise returned removed from the packaging, must include the original packaging. If we are unable to repack the merchandise in it's original state, the repackaging fee is increased to 50%.
- Used, washed, damaged or unsaleable merchandise is not returnable.
- Discontinued items and items or pages marked "Special Order", "Custom" or "Made to Order" are not returnable.
- Christmas themed items may not be returned after Christmas. If you received a defective Christmas themed item, see defective items below.
- All returns must be authorized. Unauthorized returns will incur a 25% restocking charge or may be returned to you.
- ALL of our shipments are sent with discounted or free shipping depending on order value. We do NOT make a profit on shipping. If you return a shipment, all shipping charges will be deducted from your credit. Partial returns will incur a pro-rated shipping charge. Shipments with a paid shipping fee will only be charged shipping in excess of what was already paid by you. To see the amount you might incur, check the shipping record by tracking your order and look for "Free ship value" or similar notation.
- Although we make every effort to ensure products are accurately displayed, due to variations in computer monitors, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colors presented on-screen with actual products. Color variations are not considered defects.You may request samples to ensure color accuracy.
- Defective items will be replaced and shipped at no charge to you or refunded if you prefer, including shipping charged and cost of return shipping if the item is confimred to be defective.
- Defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt in order to qualify for a defective return.
- Items returned within 30-35 days will incur a 25% restocking fee. Beyond 35 days, items are non-returnable for any reason without written permission.
- This policy is subject to change without notification. The policy in effect at receipt of your return will apply.
Our return authorization form must be submitted prior to return. If you do not receive a confirmation "order" number, do not send the items back and call us at 573-435-6060 for further instructions. Make sure you insure your return. If lost or stolen, you will need to file a claim with the shipper. For fastest service, enclose a copy of your authorization with your shipment.

Our Return Policy For All Dolce Mela Products: We offer one time item exchange with no extra charges other than the shipping costs, unless it is a result of our error. You may also return without exchange subject to the following:
- - We accept returns with NO RESTOCKING FEE with notification during business hours within 3 days of delivery. You must contact us by phone within 3 business days of the delivery date to obtain a return authorization (RA) in order for us to accept the return.
- - Beyond the 3 day “NO RESTOCKING FEE” window, we accept returns for up to 15 days from the delivery date for a 20% restocking fee.
- - All returns must be in the manufacturer’s original box, in unused condition and must have an RA number marked on the return package, before we can accept them.
- - All returns, order cancelations and refusals of delivery are subject to the actual shipping costs of the return.
- - Do not return the item directly to the store without contacting us. In some cases we may require the shipment be sent directly to the manufacturer instead of our store.
- - Once the item is received the return we will credit your account within 10 business days.
