Normal Shipping Times By Product:
C & F Enterprises: Products with item numbers beginning with CF. In Stock item usually ships within 8-10 business days, excluding backorders. Items ship as available with no additional shipping charges. Drop ship is not available. 
Victorian Heart: Products with item numbers beginning with VH. In Stock item usually ships within 3-5 business days, excluding backorders. Items ship as available with no additional shipping charges. Drop ship is available for $10.00.
Patch Magic: Products with item numbers beginning with PM. In Stock item usually ships within 72 hours. Non Stock items are made to order and can take 3-8 weeks. Orders are shipped complete unless you specify ship as available. Ship as available orders may incur addidtional shipping charges. Drop ship is standard at no additional charge.
Dolce Mela: Products with items numbers beginning with DM. In Stock item usually ships within 24 hours. Drop ship is standard at no additional charge. Orders ship as available with no additional shipping charges unless you specify otherwise.

RETURNS

You have 30 days from the day you RECEIVE to return most items. See our Return Policy for the most up to date information & complete details. Returns are simple:

  • Fill in the return authorization and obtain a confirmation number. Write the number down, or print a copy.
  • Make sure all items are packed neatly in the original packing, including all package inserts
  • Insure your package and ship it to: Cherry Creek Bed and Bath, 15323 Highway C, Lenox, Missouri 65541

Non returnable items may be listed as "non-returnable", or may be marked "Special Order" or "Custom Made". Items not returned to our store within 30 days are not authorized. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to you at your expense. Unsaleable items will not receive credit. Treat your purchase with respect, as we will determine the saleability of a returned product. Do not wash or treat an item to be returned. Do not expose it to odors, pets or smoke. Shipment Notes
You can reduce or increase your shipping charge by selecting options:

  • Shipping to a business location, such as your office or place of work will reduce shipping charges.
  • Requesting a signature will increase shipping charges.
  • Insurance will increase shipping charges, but protects your shipment from loss or theft. You do not need to select insurance for order values of $100.00 or less, unless you select a shipping method other than "Standard". All orders shipped standard are insured for up to $100.00. We are not responsible for loss or theft for uninsured packages beyond the carriers basic liability unless insured. Lost or stolen orders, if insured, will be replaced or refunded.
  • Standard shipping is via FedEx Ground and is the lowest price possible. You may request other shipping methods, however additional charges may apply.
  • Only packages weighing less than 13 ounces can be shipping by regular mail. If you believe your shipment will be less than 13 ounces (for example a fabric swatch) and would like regular mail shipment, please call us at 573-435-6060 to make arrangements.
