Bongo International provides our customers with their very own US address. Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system which you can use to view your items and consolidate them with multiple orders.

US Customers
Shipping charges are based upon actual shipping weight and zipcode of delivery. To see your shipping rate, select the products you are interested in and add to cart. Fill in your shipping information, then select any shipping options you desire. Make sure you use your real zipcode.  As you proceed with checkout, your shipping charge will display. You may exit at any time prior to completing your order.

RETURNS

You have 15 days from the day you RECEIVE to return most items. Returns are simple:

  • Fill in the return authorization and obtain a confirmation number. Write the number down, or print a copy.
  • Make sure all items are packed neatly in the original packing, including all package inserts
  • Insure your package and ship it to: Cherry Creek Bed and Bath, 15323 Highway C, Lenox, Missouri 65541

Non returnable items are listed as "non-returnable", or may be marked "Special Order" or "Custom Made". Items not returned to our store within 30 days are not authorized. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to you at your expense. Unsaleable items will not receive credit. Treat your purchase with respect, as we will determine the saleability of a returned product. Do not wash or treat an item to be returned. Do not expose it to odors, pets or smoke. Shipment Options
You can reduce or increase your shipping charge by selecting options:

  1. Shipping to a business location, such as your office or place of work will reduce your shipping charge.
  2. Requesting a signature will increase your shipping charge.
  3. Shipping your package insured will increase your shipping charge, but protects your shipment from loss or theft. You do not need to select insurance for order values of $100.00 or less, unless you select a shipping method other than "Standard". All order shipped standard are insured for up to $100.00. We are not responsible for loss or theft for uninsured packages beyond the carriers basic liability. Lost or stolen orders, if insured, will be replaced or refunded.
  4. Selecting UPS or USPS will increase your shipping. Standard shipping is via FedEx Ground and is the lowest price possible.
  5. Only packages weighing less than 13 ounces can be shipping by regular mail. If you believe your shipment will be less than 13 ounces (for example a fabric swatch) and would like regular mail shipment, please call us at 573-435-6060 to make arrangements.
